CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work with lead producer to understand priorities and milestone targets
• Work closely with lead Producers& DDs to maintain and manage milestones
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate dependencies and deliverables
• Report results back to lead producers
• Team up with Artists, DD’s and SE’s to implement features
• Planning & Participation in Pre-Production phase with Lead producer
• Feature Developing management in Production Phase by Scrum
• Build Quality management in debugging phase
SKILLS:
• Excellent understanding of the Online game industry & trends
• 5 year + of experience in production, project management or similar online game industry development Experience working with software developers is preferred
• Good eye for “in-game” quality
• Ability to solve complex issues with creative solutions
• Can execute on projects quickly, on time, and at the expected level of quality
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience creating test plans, moderating user tests, analyzing data, and writing reports
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Easily able to adapt to changing environment and conditions
