The Small Business team is dedicated to our B2B client and plays a key role within the organization. Forming a unique and dynamic new sales team in contact with Bell Canada’s B2B customers, This team is dedicated to developing the small business market by offering our Bell Business Solutions to our clients.
So as to develop our team, we are currently looking to hire inside sales representatives that will use all their talent in sales so as to grow our existing B2B accounts.
Roles and responsibilities: The successful candidate will have the following duties and responsibilities:
• Call our Bell B2B customers to offer the Bell Small Business Solutions (Phone, Internet and TV)
• Develop our existing customer accounts
• Assess client needs and adapt marketing strategies to provide business solutions to our customers
• Providing the best customer experience in the industry
• Participate in the launch of a new sales team
Core competencies and skills:
• 1+ years of relevant experience in sales over the phone (outbound calls)
• Proven skills in sales, direct marketing, corporate sales
• Strongly driven by achieving targets
• Have excellent verbal skills and a professional attitude
• Self motivated with the drive to succeed
• Knowledge of telecommunications would be an asset
• Experience in B2B would be an asset
Work conditions:
• Competitive base salary + uncapped commissions
• Day shift, 37.5 hours/week
• Your will evolve in an office environment (not a call center position)
Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)
