Ticketmaster International, a Live Nation Entertainment company, is currently seeking a skilled, energetic and innovative UI Designer — Client Applications to join the International Product Design team.
You will work with the UI Manager, UX/UI designers, product managers, and front-end engineers to design a wide range of gorgeous visual/UI solutions for our next generation of business-to-business tooling. The tooling platform allows clients to quickly create, configure, and manage various aspects of events and inventory management, including ticketing concepts like promotions, pricing, fulfilment, multi-channel sales, and many more. Working for the International team, you will be creating enterprise scale solutions used across EMEA in 18 different markets. You will design innovative solutions that will delight our clients and deliver beyond their expectations.
You will be expected to contribute conceptually, visually, as well as from an interaction design standpoint (providing different insight and fresh perspective to the UX and Product team) and take ownership of projects from conceptual sketches all the way to pixel-perfect final deliverables. You will ideally be a solid visual designer with flawless typographic skills mixed with gorgeous UI design chops.
You have a solid portfolio of innovative UI design from consumer or client-facing sites to mobile/tablet applications. You have illustration skills as well as proven capacity for delivering beautiful and usable solutions that people love.
Experience with large-scale e-commerce sites, high-traffic portals, or complex software/application is desired. Mobile/tablet/cross-channel design is essential. B2B software or Rich Internet Application design experience is ideal. Over more than others, the ability to think independently, understand technically complex briefs and to manage multiple projects is critical.

Responsibilities
• Deliver beautiful and usable, go-to-market UI solutions for our best-in-class suite of web-based and mobile/tablet enterprise applications reporting to UI Manager and Senior Director, User Experience, Design & Brand
• Use a combination of fundamental design principles and innovative methods to successfully deliver multiple work stream projects and provide top-notch interaction and visual design solutions
• Work with UI Manager to develop, improve, or evolve brands in the Ticketmaster International product portfolio
• Collaborate with a team of Product Managers, UX Designers and Engineers at each release cycle and co-lead design workshops with UX peers
• Ensure all design is consistent with corporate design and brand guidelines and continually maintain the evolution of said guidelines
• Collaborate with UX and UI Managers as well as other designers to contribute to the UI Pattern Library for all B2B products/brands
• Contributing well-developed ideas during brainstorms and conceptual meetings
• Understand long-term vision and strategic business goals of the department
• Help improve visual design processes and set documentation standards
• Work with the UX, Analytics and product management teams to make measurable design decisions
• Keep up with the latest web trends and technologies and continually stay on top of best practices.
Skills / Knowledge / Experience
• Thorough grounding in principles, methodology and practices of visual design with proven hands-on experience in a working environment, i.e. product design / web design / interaction design / interface design / mobile app design / branding / style guides and pattern libraries
• An outstanding portfolio with UI and interaction design, responsive websites, mobile and desktop apps
• A strong understanding of grid systems and layouts with exceptional typography skills
• Fully conversant in Sketch, Zeplin, InVision as well as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign)
• Experience working in a team of product designers
• Ability to think creatively and present concepts to clients, stakeholders, and team members
• A solid understanding of capabilities and limitation of technologies that are used to create powerful interactive experiences: HTML / HTML5 / CSS / AJAX / JavaScript
• A strong understanding of best/tried and true and current trends in UX/UI practices, product design, software development process, agile, scrum etc. and cross-platform development
• A fundamental understanding of relationship between good UX, UI design and branding
Desired Requirements
• Familiarity in Principle, Framer, Flintoff, Invision, SASS
• Branding agency experience
