Responsibilities
Public Relations:
With the full support of the department’s marketing and promotions specialist, establish a weekly press release calendar to then present to the Head of the department for approval.
Brief the departments’ freelance writer for each press release
Proofread and edit press releases in English and Spanish.
Make sure we receive all approvals of press releases before sending to media.
Festivals:
Establish a status report for each festival with deadlines and further details of all deliverables.
Make sure the art department has all deadlines and specs information from the media. (The specialist is the responsible of getting this information.)
Make sure we get all the information needed in regards of attendees, festivals dates, products to promote, etc.
Proofread and edit listings before sending to the media
Establish the editorial strategy with the specialist to then present to the head of the department.
Supervise the execution of the editorial strategy from beginning to final approval.
Create and update all rating presentations needed for each festival.
Prepare pre-markets presentations
Revised all post-market presentations
details of all deliverables.

Supervise the NBCUview portal to make sure the system is always updated according to each market needs.
In charge of the production of One Sheets (a single sheet with synopsis, artwork and links to demos and episodes), one of the most used selling tools by the executives.
Online animations:
Create copy for the monthly online animations and share with team for approval.
Work with the Graphic Department to produce the piece.
Brochures and Special Greetings:
Proofread and edit copy in English and Spanish
Give input on the layout
When necessary, create copy for brochures and also for the recording of special greetings from the talent of each production.
TI Website:
Revise TI’s website content to make sure the information is update
Make sure we are providing the digital department all information needed by them.
Gala TV:
Support all public relations efforts such as coordinating phone interviews with talent to promo telenovelas launches.
Support the promotions department with all premiere campaigns (revise flowcharts, give input about the pieces and provide them with all the material they need.
Audiovisual:
Create copy and produce videos along with the editor (demos, promotional pieces, etc.)
Newsletter:
In charge of the production of TI’s trimestral corporate newsletter. Gather the information we will be presenting, writing the content to then present to the head of the department for approval.
YOH:
Assign and supervise our Yoh employee’s daily tasks. Support and guide them in whatever they need to make sure all deliverables are complete in a timely ma
Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications
Extensive knowledge of the Latin American market.
Adapts to change rapidly, handles multiple assigments well, finctions well under pressure and reprioritizes quickly without compromising quality.
Ability to successfully build relationships
Previous management experience required
