Description
Pearson are currently seeking a Scrum Manager to lead internal teams and development partners through the delivery of Pearson projects and products. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for processing Agile Scrum based Software development along with cross functional communication, software technical project management, requirements traceability, source code control, test case management and defect tracking. You wil also define the metrics to track process improvement using SAFe (Scaled Agile for enterprise).
In addition to being a great SCRUM Master, you will also interface with Waterfall Project managers to support project rollup reporting to higher levels of the organisation. This is a 12 month fixed-term contract.

Qualifications
• Strong front-end development skills (HTML5, CSS, Javascript) (mandatory)
• Solid, practical understanding of UX principles (mandatory)
• Experience with Agile methodology (preferable)
• Experience with MEAN stack (preferable)
