To help ensure we make this future a reality, we want you to come help us build the premiere next-generation studio! We are looking for an outstanding individual to come join the Netflix Originals Accounting Team as our Senior Financial Analyst, Studio Operations. What kinds of things are part of Studio Operations? Financial oversight of multiple worldwide production facilities. Capturing and analyzing the internal and external costs of running a studio. Working with FP&A to make smart forecasts, and a lot more!
This is a first-of-its-kind role at Netflix--we need someone who is a persuasive business partner and thought leader. Do you frequently look for ways to operate more effectively? Do you get excited about the idea of helping to build the best Movie and TV Studio in the world? Come be part of a rapidly growing company that is leading the evolution of the entertainment industry!

• Enthusiasm for innovation - We need folks who are in their element when designing and implementing new processes and systems.
• A drive to dive deep - We want people who like to analyze data, research hard questions, and engage with subject experts to solve problems.
• Curiosity and passion - Our team members ask tough questions, challenge the status quo, insist on high standards, and have fun while doing it. Positive attitude and never settling for “good enough” are key
