Job Summary:
This is a key sales leadership position with direct responsibility for customer and sales channel reporting, analysis, performance measurement and resource deployment. Individual must possess excellent leadership, analytical and process management skills and be able to work effectively with sales leaders across multiple sales channels including Direct Sales, Comcast Stores, In-Direct Retail, Field Operations and Finance.
Position oversees a team of analysts and is responsible for the quality of their work and overall productivity levels. The successful candidate should possess strong technical skills (Java, Oracle, SQL, SAS, Tableau, etc.) and demonstrated knowledge and experience with: CSG billing system, codes and databases; the development and publication of customer and sales reports; ad hoc and data analysis; the design and creation of performance measurement tools; and sales force automation (SFA) deployment strategies and processes.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Own and manage the development, compilation and publication of daily, weekly and monthly customer and sales channel reports including conducting in-depth analysis to identify key performance drivers and formulating recommendations to improve results.
• Direct the design, implementation and maintenance of performance measurement tools such as web based reports, sales scorecards, metric benchmarking, etc.
• Lead the deployment of Sales Force Automation capability for Direct Sales teams including the development of strategies and processes to support sales territory management, sales lead distribution, churn analysis and productivity reporting.
• Supports customer and sales forecasting and budget planning process.
• Analyzes data, draws conclusions, and develops actionable recommendations and creative solutions that boost performance and addresses shortfalls in performance.
• Act with a sense of urgency and purpose, identify and resolve roadblocks, reach out to cross functional team members to solicit input and/or help when appropriate.
• Solely manages team through the formulation and delegation of duties to analysts.
• Communicates company strategy, as well as coaches and monitors performance of employees and motivates them to achieve established goals and objectives.
• Serve as subject matter expert and/or lead on projects that have cross functional impact.

Core Responsibilities:
• Creates and maintains client master data including margin analysis, prepared sales measurements and reports, processed transactions, returns, and exchanges according to Company guidelines.
• Provides overall direction of the Product Sales Support & Analysis team to drive lead generation, sales force database management, sales reporting, and production/control of presentations and proposals.
• Interfaces with appropriate internal groups (i.e., Accounting, Finance, Sales, Operations, IT, and Legal Affairs) to ensure proper analysis of tracking and reporting.
• Maintains sales forecasts and analysis for management reports.
• Maintains a high level of technical expertise and sales proficiency to meet the reporting needs on client activity.
• Generates daily activity reports, reporting, and trends.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Job Specification:
• Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
• Business, Marketing
• Generally requires 6-9 years related experience
Additional Qualifications:
• BS degree in Business Administration or Finance required. MBA a plus.
• Minimum 5 years cable and/or telecommunication experience with 3 years in a supervisory role including a demonstrated track record of achieving results on a consistent basis.
• Strong experience and familiarity with Java, Oracle, SQL, SAS, Tableau, CSG billing system and databases including understanding of tools used to create web based reports.
• Knowledge of Comcast Direct Sales, Comcast Store, In-Direct Retail and CAR sales channels a plus.
• Demonstrated track record successfully meeting deadlines and working in a high pressure environment.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and critical thinking skills a must.
• A self-directed, analytical leader who is customer focused and acts with a sense of urgency and addresses issues, obstacles and shortfalls that may impact performance.
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel and Access.
