We are currently seeking a Sales Manager, Singapore and Brunei who will be responsible for providing leadership to the sales team in Singapore and working with the Country Sales Manager and Leadership Team on the development and achievement of the annual plans.
Basing in Singapore, you will be driving the execution of annual plans, develop business and increase profitability of the managed portfolios for both markets in Singapore and in Brunei.

Key deliverables:
• Establishment of new accounts that are in line with the strategic planning for the region
• Growing English Assessment space at the region, this includes PTEA, Versant, POE and Placement to support revenue growth
• Support Country Sales Manager on all sales operation requirements as necessary
• Lead country sales team and drive revenue target across all lines of business
• Strategize with Country Sales Manager with sales strategy for the year that is in line with high level plan for the region
• Responsible for the development for the team
• Promote customer relationship
• Source and approach new potential strategic customers and develop new markets
• Identify competition within market
• Prepare reports and forecasts as required
• Collaborate with and influence stakeholders for business fulfilment
• Other projects and responsibilities as required
Qualifications
Selection Criteria:
Competencies
• Possess strong ability to prospect, negotiate and close sales
• Experienced in Sales Management and Leadership with evidence of achieving sales targets
• Ability to interpret and analyze data
• Flexibility and ability to deliver tasks/projects within timelines
• Strong interpersonal skills and team player
• Strong sales planning and reporting skills
• Experience with Sales Force or equivalent CRM
• Maintains sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Maintains sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
• Strong in IT literacy
• Strong Project Management Skills
Education, Qualifications & Training
• 1st degree is a must, Masters degree is preferred
• Minimum experience in sales leadership for past 5 years, same industry preferred
IT Literacy
• Technology savvy
• Proficient in Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Internet familiarization
