Job Description
The successful candidate would be someone who has a passion for creating a conducive and motivating working environment. The role is diverse and will include facilitating employee requests, managing day-to-day workplace requirements, and championing office improvement initiatives.
• Manage facilities and the operation of workplace-critical services, including vendor and supplier management, procurement, coordination of on-site visits, delivery and assignment of goods and equipment, and liaising with stakeholders to bring solutions to relevant employee requests.
• Optimize and plan office spaces to improve office layout and facilitate collaboration, including capacity planning, allocation, movement, and expansion.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop initiatives to create a desirable workplace environment, including improvements to and upkeep of community areas.
• Influence and impact internal stakeholders through improving business functions and processes for efficiency, while understanding the context in which we operate.
• Support studio-wide activities through venue, decoration and F&B arrangements.

Requirements
• Diploma qualification, preferably in related fields
• Prior experience in facilities management will be an advantage
• Physically fit
• Collaborate and communicate well across job functions and varied working styles
• Meticulous and strong follow up
• Working on weekend or after office hours occasionally is expected
