Description
The International Tax Planning Manager will report to the Sr. Director of Global Tax Planning and be a member of a worldwide finance team that strives to be best-in-class.
Key responsibilities:
• Assist with international tax planning and structuring projects including corporate acquisitions, divestitures and reorganizations, operational initiatives and other corporate led projects.
• Manage tax due diligence and integration for M&A transactions.
• Interact with other internal organizations to provide tax advice resulting from changes in business processes or operations.
• Manage all aspects of various worldwide tax projects, including analyzing relevant tax law for tax planning transactions, working with foreign and US tax advisors and regional tax teams to understand relevant tax rules.
• Assisting with financial models to illustrate the tax consequences of various M&A and international planning transactions.
• Participate in review of intercompany & third-party contracts and recommend alternative transactional structure to minimize overall tax liabilities.
• Advise senior management of the business impact of new tax laws and related income and transaction tax regulations, court decisions and proposed tax legislations.

The minimum requirements for this job are:
• 4-6 years income tax experience
• Degree in accounting; JD/Masters in Tax a plus;
• Detail-oriented individual who is self-motivated;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management skills with the ability to organize, manage, and work effectively to accomplish multiple tasks
• Creative thinking.
• Flexible mindset and willingness to embrace change.
