As a Senior Marketing Manager for Social Impact, you’ll be responsible for developing programs that change the world through music.
You’ll have ownership over programs that aim to solve real social issues and contribute to brand and business goals. You’ll be responsible for the development, execution, communication, and measurement of programs that align with our global strategy.
You’ll source and evaluate public sector partners and work cross-functionally across all of Spotify to turn strategy into tangible programs. We’re a small team, so come prepared to lead projects from research through optimization, and help us shape the future of Social Impact at Spotify.
What You’ll Do:
• Create and execute social impact programs that turn the best of Spotify’s brand, business, and platform into social change.
• Develop strategic partnerships with the public sector to design strategic community-led solutions for social issues.
• Work with our creative teams to build communication and experiences that engage consumers, artists, employees, and partners in social good.
• Measure the impact of our programs on business and brand goals.
• Work across all aspects of Spotify, including artist and label relations, product and technology, customer service, and the global marketing organization.
• Develop internal communication to make social impact a part of Spotify’s culture across the globe.
• This role reports to the Director of Social Impact and is based in NYC.
Who You Are:
• You have a passion for sustainable and socially-responsible businesses.
• You’re a critical thinker with a working knowledge of development and creating community-driven solutions. You’re curious about the world and want to affect change.
• You’re a creative problem solver with grit, who can build strong relationships across the organization, and effectively run cross-functional teams.
• You’re an excellent communicator and storyteller with deep roots in audience insights.
• You can do it all...or most of it. We’re a small team who needs to be flexible, resourceful, and committed. Direct experience producing creative campaigns or taking products to market is a big plus.
• 8+ years of consumer marketing experience.
