Position Summary:
Condé Nast is a premier media company renowned for producing the highest quality content for the world's most influential audiences. The company’s newest division, Condé Nast Entertainment, was launched in 2011 to develop film, television and premium digital video programming.
The company is seeking a Senior Manager of Corporate Digital Media, based in its Manhattan headquarters at 1 World Trade Center. This individual will primarily be responsible for developing and creating digital media content to support internal and external communications strategies and programs across a wide variety of platforms and divisions with a heavy emphasis on social, digital and video.
This role reports to the VP of Corporate Communications and collaborates closely with the Condé Nast corporate communications and brand communications teams.
Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities for the Senior Manager of Corporate Digital Media are as follows:
• Work closely with the corporate communications team to develop and create digital media in support of internal and external communications strategies and programs that promote and enhance the company’s priorities and initiatives
• Management and creation of the content on the internal and external websites, including text, design, photo and video
• Creation and production of content for corporate social media platforms, internal newsletters, digital signage and other activities aimed at driving engagement and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
• Writing company-wide promotional emails and newsletters
• Partnering with Human Resources on employee programs and engagement, employee outreach, awards and incentives, benefits and recruiting tools
• Collaboration with the social media and digital directors across the company to amplify corporate campaigns and initiatives
The ideal candidate should demonstrate:

• Evidence of strategic thinking, organization, initiative and flexibility
• Developed knowledge of CMS, digital, social and video communications platforms
• Skills in balancing a focus on details with a big-picture view
• An emphasis on quality and outcome, with a solution-oriented outlook
• Excellent writing ability
Qualifications:
• Proven track record executing communications campaigns
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in brand or corporate communications, or similar roles, preferably within media companies
• Strong background in developing materials for communications
• Strong digital, social and video media knowledge
• Demonstrated leadership, strategic planning and decision-making skills
• Entrepreneurial approach
• Strong writing skills
Technical Skills:
• Content Management Systems (Polopoly, Drupal, WordPress, etc.)
• Design software (Photoshop, Indesign, Keynote, Powerpoint)
• Video software (Composer, Brightcove, Quicktime)
• HTML and coding knowledge/background
