We have an opening for an experienced, innovative, strategic Integrated Marketing Manager. Does this sound like you?
Reporting to the VP of Portfolio, the Integrated Marketing Manager will be responsible for strategic demand generation and customer loyalty. Creating and flawlessly, yearly integrated marketing plans that will generate qualified leads and accelerate the pipeline for the different regions ultimately identifying new sales opportunities, increasing close rates, driving revenue, and reducing churn. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with sales leadership, product marketing, creative, and customers will be critical to the success of this role.
Critical Functions:
• Develop the go-to integrated market strategy and message to drive lead generation and customer loyalty.
• Create, manage, and execute yearly strategic, comprehensive, integrated marketing campaigns in collaboration with product marketing managers to meet defined business objectives.
• Work with Content Marketing, Creative team, and Digital Ops to execute against national and regional campaigns (e-mail campaigns, webinars, brochures, flyers, social media activities, microsites, and direct mail).
• Assess challenges and potential opportunities in specific customer segments and quickly create solutions to address those challenges and opportunities.
• Lead event campaigns for Salesforce.com relative to demand generation that are qualified.
• Assist in executing marketing plans for state adoption teams as needed.
• Help create training material for product marketing and state adoption wins.
• Manage marketing budget.
• Track, measure, analyze and refine program activities and effectiveness. Use marketing automation to set up behavior driven business rules and campaigns.
• Identify new and innovative approaches/emerging technologies, take risks that support lead generation and identified business objectives.
A successful candidate will have:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent integrated marketing experience.
• Five plus years successful experience in Relationship (Integrated) Marketing or related Marketing functions.
• Experience in a fast-growing environment with significant knowledge of integrated marketing campaigns, digital marketing, sales training, and event management required.
• Strong ability to work cross-functionally and cross-regionally and liaise at all levels of the organization required.
• Attention to detail, deadlines and impeccable organization skills.
• Strong presentation and marketing collateral development skills.
• A self-starter who is good at assessing new growth opportunities.
• Proven track record of successful program implementation and management.
• Outstanding oral and written communication to internal and external audiences.
• Experience working with sales teams and sales leadership.
• Strong analytical, project management and process skills.
• Required travel up to 30%.
