Responsibilities
Provide administrative support for 3 Vice Presidents of Current Production. This includes scheduling internal and external meetings (including meetings with talent), answering phones, booking travel, consolidating expenses, purchasing talent gifts, and handling technical issues and other tasks as needed.
Track, organize, and distribute deliverables that come in from production companies. Follow standards set by Production & Operations to ensure cuts and notes are accurate and distributed on time to all necessary recipients. Use the online viewing system FineCut in an admin capacity to grant viewing access to necessary people.
Work with multiple external production companies to facilitate all cuts and materials as needed by Bravo.
Assist internal departments by distributing relevant and useful materials to them and work on projects as directed by VPs.
Give editorial notes and creative feedback on cuts, casting, descriptions, digital extras, etc. at the request of the VPs.
Fulfill any production-related requests internally and externally as needed. This often includes creating links and clips from episodes.
Assist with the hiring and managing of the department’s interns.
Qualifications/Requirements
Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience
Bachelor’s degree in Media, TV/Film Production, or other relevant fields

Desired Characteristics
Comprehensive knowledge of the television landscape, pop culture, and specific cable TV brands is a must.
Have strong organizational skills and an ability to coordinate with multiple different departments,
Has demonstrated an ability to meet tight deadlines.
