Required Skills:
What you’ll be doing:
This role is responsible for the administration of our HRIS systems and the management & analysis of employee data globally. This includes:
• Administration of SAP HR, our employee database, including entry, reporting and auditing of all employee data globally.
• Overseeing position, organizational structure and cost distribution set up and maintenance in SAP HR.
• Managing employee data throughout the employee life-cycle, including the collection, organization, review and entry of all employee information for hire, job change and termination actions.
• Participating in job evaluation and classification using compensation survey data, and maintaining / updating the organization’s salary model.
• Ensuring high-volume HR transactional processing is efficient, timely, accurate and confidential.
• Working collaboratively with key stakeholders including senior HR staff, Payroll and Finance team members to ensure all transactions are processed correctly and by key deadlines.
• Utilizing HRIS platforms to support data management, such as our Applicant Tracking and Onboarding Systems, and specifically administering our online Onboarding system to ensure new hire and administrative tasks are completed on time and that the new hire experience is seamless and positive.
• Managing data movement between various HRIS systems and ensuring the integrity, timeliness and accuracy of that data across all platforms.
• Updating and maintaining organizational charts and uploading to our Intranet platform.
• Identifying business process & workflow improvements to increase the efficiency and accuracy of employee transactions.
• Reporting and analysis of employee data as required, such as new hire and termination reports, employee demographic information, benefits and compensation reports, etc.
What we’re looking for:
• Minimum of 2 years working in a similar role, and specifically working with SAP HR is strictly required.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Knowledge of HR business processes and HRIS systems.
• Extremely detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated experience in handling sensitive and confidential data.
• Strong ability to prioritize and multi-task in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and results-driven self-motivated approach to task management.
• Ability to work in dynamic environment and deal effectively with change.
• Experience creating & implementing process improvements for increased efficiency and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills, with a strong customer service approach.
• Knowledge & experience working with job evaluation and compensation structures strongly preferred.
