BRIDES is seeking a smart, talented and creative media professional to join our team as an Integrated Marketing Manager. We are a passionate, collaborative team and are looking for someone who can contribute to our creative environment. The ideal candidate will have a background in integrated marketing and branded content programs and should possess strong writing project management skills with exceptional communication skills, and attention to detail.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Work with the integrated marketing, sales, research and events teams to strategize, create, and write omni-channel proposals for category specific clients, including, but not limited to: fashion, retail, luxury, jewelry, watch, beauty, automotive, and non-endemic.
• Brainstorm with sales and account management teams on response to RFP’s.
• Manage the execution of all aspects of individual client programs (e.g.: digital extensions, events, sponsorships, mailings, samplings) from inception through completion.
• Manage advertiser participation at signature events.
• Operate at the highest level of client service in all circumstances.
• Track, execute, and manage programs, while maintaining budgets related to promotional/merchandising programs, including invoice processing, monthly reporting and year-end actualization. Engage and oversee internal departments and outside vendors to achieve successful outcomes.
• Act as category expert and resource for owned categories, including development of industry partnerships, sales opportunities, media trends, industry trends, etc. when appropriate. Develop and communicate these to sales and marketing teams.
• Support department signature programs, including owning activations within them and executing media-driving sponsorships that are part of them.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
• A Bachelor’s degree.
• 2-4 years’ experience in integrated creative/marketing services.
• The ability to effectively translate program concepts/ideas into compelling presentations designed to sell in the idea to target advertisers.
• Strong strategic writing and creative thinking abilities for visual layout.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Experience executing sponsored activations at events large and small.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to work independently and within a team setting.
• Strong knowledge of web advertising capabilities, implementation, etc.
• Strong knowledge of InDesign, Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel and Adobe Acrobat.
