Job Summary:
Reporting to the VP of Change Acceleration and accountable for the achievement of key goals and objectives defined, and the delivery and utilization support of Change Management tools and methods in support of strategic initiatives.
Core Responsibilities:
• Working with VP, business and change leads, support implementation of Change Management strategy
• Will provide change acceleration consultation to Program Change Leads, and other key stakeholders regarding Prosci methodologies & tools to support key organizational objectives by increasing employee understanding, adoption and engagement
• Serve as escalation point for change-related support & issues
• Manage collection & aggregation of change scorecard data for all strategic projects
• Provide scorecard support to change leads and in creating assessments and ADKAR surveys and compiling data for analysis and reporting
• Collect change data progress & measures and prepare presentations with key change acceleration data metrics on a program and aggregated level. Prepare preliminary analysis for VP around the health of programs towards driving employee adoption.
• Become ADKAR T3 certified. Help to deliver program/project-specific change training in preparation of “go live” equipping managers to effectively manage the change and helping employees adopt the change.
• Support VP in leading Community of Practice calls for Change Lead practitioner audience targeting areas to help further learning, development and best practice.
Job Specification:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
• Generally requires 10+ years related experience.
• Strong business partner experience
• Significant experience is design and development of change management initiatives
• Excellent communication, influence and facilitation skills
• Strong project management capabilities
• Prosci certification required with the expectation of getting T3 certified if not already
• Experience in having managed several change initiatives using Prosci methodology required.
