VRV is a video streaming platform that brings content from a curated set of channel partners to a community of passionate fans. As a Parter Manager, you will be creating long-lasting relationships with our content partners. You will ensure a smooth and efficient end-to-end process to bring content from the partner’s platform to the VRV platform to be discovered by VRV users in a variety of apps on web, mobile, and living room devices. In addition to managing relationships with existing content partners, you will also help to onboard new content partners to get them live on the VRV platform in a streamlined process. You will also be working cross-functionally with internal teams such as content, marketing, product, and operations to strategize on bringing the best content experience to fans.
Responsibilities:
• Build relationship with content partners to understand and maximize success of partners on the VRV platform. Provide first level of support to partners and ensure prompt resolution of questions and issues.
• Own the schedule of content delivery to ensure that content is deliver and published on time.
• Be the primary point of contact for partners for all key areas (programming, content operations, marketing, finance, etc) to manage activities such as content promotions, user acquisition opportunities, and reporting & analytics.
• Manage onboarding of new partners including channel set-up, reviewing content ingestion and publishing process, teaching partners how to use the CMS tool, and working with internal teams (as needed) to coordinate the launch of new channels.
• Identify ways to optimize process for content ingestion and launching new channels.
• Improve product offerings by communicating partner feedback to Ellation product team.
Requirements:
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with external customer or partner-facing communication
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management skills with ability to effectively multitask
• Ability to represent Ellation to partners with professionalism and serve as an advocate for partners within Ellation
• Experience in digital video industry a strong plus
• Passion for entertainment industry a strong plus
