Responsibilities
This role will assist two development executives at Wilshire Studios.
Responsibilities:
Administrative duties such as scheduling calls and meetings.
Coordinate all travel arrangements and assist with client meeting agendas and media material required for both the VP as well as any clients visiting the department.
Prepare expense reports and track them through various stages of account processing.
Oversee expenses for the department.
Assist in the preparation of special reports and presentation materials as requested.
Maintain various databases and produce regular reports.
Order and maintain supplies for department.
Assist in the departmental set up of new hires and interns.
Update calendar and contact database (Outlook).
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Must be willing to travel and work overtime, and on weekends with short notice

Desired Characteristics
Prefer previous administrative assistant experience within the entertainment industry.
Able to stay organized, multi-task, respond quickly in pressure situations and work independently.
Exhibits excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as advanced computer skills.
Looking for someone with a strong interest in non-scripted development and a knowledge of the landscape.
