We have an opening for a Sales Executive within our School business in our Thailand office. Does this sound like you?
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Executive will manage a portfolio of customer opportunities within McGraw-Hill Education’s School business in Thailand. The Sales Executive will focus on retaining existing business and winning new adoptions to grow McGraw-Hill Education’s market share and revenue for both print and digital products.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for achieving Sales Target
• Maintaining relationship with school principal / coordinators / key teachers / key distributors
• Updating the school data on regular basis.
• Sales and Promotion of MHE’s products to key customers
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
• Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree and/or minimum 3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development
• Candidates with prior experience in selling solutions in a digital environment (software sales, IT sales, etc) also encouraged to apply
• Results oriented territory and account management skills
• Organized and detail oriented
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables at any one time
• Solid analytical skills
• Good people skills and ability to work effectively in a team-based environment within a matrix structure
• Strong oral and written communication skills
