Named Accounts Inside Sales Representative
Reports to the Named Account Inside Sales Manager in the WWSS Named Accounts Organization. The Named Account Inside Sales team works closely with Named Account Executives and Named Account Customers. Each Named Account Representative covers an assigned set of accounts and is responsible for driving new business.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• This is an inside sales role- selling in a team environment
• Calling on our Named Accounts- selling the suite of Autodesk Software Solutions
• Sales – net new quota driven.
• Conduct high volume outbound customer calls; responsible for 30-40 calls daily
• Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific software subscription solution.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a prompt manner. Handle or delegate accordingly.
• Use Salesforce.com to document all customer opportunities and customer activity.
• Use Salesforce.com to submit orders via salesforce.com case and monitor to completion.
• Manage Opportunity Pipeline using current Sales Methodology program– maintain accurate forecast categories and manage pipeline against plans and targets weekly.
• Maintain knowledge of Autodesk products, competition and industry trends along with promotions and other items related to doing business with Autodesk and/or its Partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with Named Account Executives and relevant channel partners for repeat renewal business.
• Responsible for quarterly and annual forecasts to Named Account Sales Management
QUALIFICATIONS
• 4-8 Years B2B Software / IT /Technology or Hardware Sales experience
• 4 Year Degree Strongly Preferred
• Previous experience with SalesForce.com
• Highly organized
• Highly proficient computer skills including internet, SFDC, Outlook, MS Office Suite
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Strong work ethic and results oriented
• Familiarity with Autodesk sales processes and sales methodologies preferred
