Job Description
• Promote positive employee relationships through communication and interpretation of company strategies and HR policies
• Provide pragmatic coaching to business units in the areas of talent development, organizational design, performance management, succession planning and manager coaching
• Co-work with HC shared service team (talent acquisition, training, C&B) to make sure the business needs are meet effectively and efficiently.
• Serve as a link between management and employees by handling various matters
• Handle various employee relations issues that arise; analyze incidents, patterns and reports to identify causes of issues and develop recommendations for improvement of organization’s policies and procedures
• Assist the company in establishing and promoting our corporate culture
• Keep synchronizing with business leaders about the HR related issues. Provide visibility to the teams involved.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field
• 5+ years’ experience in Human Resources in a generalist/business partner capacity
• Proficient English in speaking, reading, writing
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and the ability to deal effectively and courteously with all levels of employees and management.
• Autonomous and proactive. Experienced in adapting to changing environment and dealing with ambiguity
• Strong integrity to be the team’s model, can well represent Ubisoft value
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills
• The ability to handle and maintain and high-level of confidentiality and common sense regarding sensitive information
• Ability to multi-task and set priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Game, digital entertainment, or IT (software) industry background preferred
• Experience with an international company preferred
• Gamer preferred.
