Job Summary:
Generate sales revenue and meet sales targets through the creation and renewal of sales contracts working alongside the Account Executive.
Job Responsibilities:
• Drives for revenue goal attainment, both quarterly and annually.
• Makes sales calls to prospective and existing customers to uncover and analyze needs, and sells our complete portfolio of outdoor products and services.
• Ensures customer satisfaction by facilitating all aspects of the customer's account in cooperation with creative, operations, marketing, and finance staff.
• Develops action plans and schedules to meet specific sales targets.
• Prepares compelling and competitive proposals and presentations.
• Negotiates fees or services with clients, with management approval.
• Communicates and coordinates with Charting and other internal departments.
Job Qualifications:
Education
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Work Experience
• 2-3 years of progressive sales experience in account growth.
• Media sales experience preferred.
Skills
• Strong organizational / time management skills, and be detailed oriented.
• Skilled in working closely with customers to develop and cultivate client relationships in order to grow accounts.
• Sales achievement with experience in consultative or “needs” based selling techniques.
• Have a collaborative and professional style with the objective of building strong relationships with diverse customer groups and vendors.
• Be a self-starter with a diligent work ethic and demonstrated flexibility.
• Able to multi-task and stay calm under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills including delivering effective presentations.
• Competent in Microsoft software applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.).

Other Requirements
• Limited out of town travel (less than 5% of business days) for periodic corporate meetings and industry events.
• Access to a reliable vehicle and possess valid driver’s license.
