Paid Media Campaign
Specialist-EMEA
General Summary:
As part of the Digital & e-commerce team, you will join a team that creates digital experiences that customers love and trust. You will be responsible for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders in EMEA to manage Autodesk’s paid media campaigns (including Google and Bing Paid search, and display advertising). In this role you will start by helping transition management of the paid search and display campaigns from the current agency managed model to an internal one. You will work closely with industry marketing, web analytics, finance, digital marketing, field marketing, web publishing, web development, local marketing groups and other business partners.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage the day to day EMEA paid search campaigns across Google and Bing.
• Develop media plan and execute strategy.
• Work with internal and external partners to review paid media brief and get sign off.
• Work with internal partners to identify and confirm KPIs.
• Optimize campaigns based on the identified KPIs
• Adapt media plan and media brief into an SEM strategy.
• Work with Google and other publishers to help identify optimization opportunities and industry trends.
• Plan display “GDN” media strategy including media mix, demographics, ads, etc.
• Conduct keyword research and develop ad copy for AdWords and Bing adcenter.
• Build SEM strategy around sitelinks, account structure, hierarchy, spend estimates, etc.
• Work with internal partners to obtain appropriate assets for campaign execution.
• Responsible for day to day campaign execution and optimization for SEM and display advertising campaigns.
• Act as main point of contact for internal campaign owners.
• Work with Reporting Analyst to provide appropriate reports for stakeholders.
• Interpret campaign performance and provide insightful analysis.
• Coordinate regular reporting and planning meetings with stakeholders.
• Conduct competitive SEM audits for industry and products supported.
• Work with optimization team, reporting analyst and campaign owners for landing page testing.
• Draw relevant search materials from other customer research resources, including social media listening tools, marketing intelligence reports, and more.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to convey complex information in a polished, clear, concise, and professional manner.
• Help plan the transition of the management of the programmatic display campaigns in house.
• Ability to work in a team environment and successfully build professional relationships inside and outside of Autodesk.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
• Strong experience with online marketing, ideally in enterprise level SEM and/or agency.
• Experience in Pay Per Click (PPC) and Search Advertising campaign management on Google & Bing
• Experience managing projects and working with cross functional teams.
• Experience with keyword analysis, common keyword research tools
• Familiarity with reporting/tracking tools (Site Catalyst/Google Analytics).
• Familiarity with integrated paid-organic search marketing.
Desired Knowledge/Skills:
• Individual must be highly organized and self-starting.
• Experience in developing EMEA PPC strategies.
• Experience in providing search training and education.
• Team-oriented; professional and cooperative attitude.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and commonly used web browsers.
• Experience working with bid management solutions
• Google AdWords Certified
• Good Understanding PLA’s “Product listing Ads”
• Good understanding GDN’s “Google Display Network”
• Experience with Audience Retargeting via GA or Ad-words
• Good understanding Paid YouTube advertising
