Job Summary:
EA is growing, and we’re looking for a talented Project Manager to join the team.
As a production manager you will be responsible for managing and tracking scenes, artists and their output as it pertains to the production. You will also help manage, track, and facilitate with multiple teams and functions from around the globe.
Whether in a department or on a project, it is important this person is resilient, proactive and knows how to work cohesively as part of the bigger picture. A personable nature who knows how to be upbeat and motivate teams in a time of delivery.
Key Criteria:
• Assign artists to shots / work tasks in collaboration with supervisors and leads.
• Schedule, track, and manage assigned work in collaboration with production teams.
• Publish internal schedules and facilitate communication between disciplines to ensure schedule adjustments are communicated to all necessary groups and work is being done efficiently.
• Generate and distribute weekly updates on production logistics as requested.
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties / vendors.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Project Management and/or university degree/diploma
• 3+ years in a Software or VFX environment experience in similar positions
• Shotgun or other production management/ database software expertise
• Highly organized and process-minded. Great attention to detail
• Experience managing resources (budget and workforce)
• Strong written & verbal Communication Skills
