Position Description
The Integrated Project Manager, Marketing(full-time, salaried, regular) is to be a steward of integrated advertising projects, leading iin the development and execution of program by collaborating with multiple cross-functional teams within TEN. The Project Manager’s goal is to ensure the timely input (from experts in all areas) required for successful delivery of the completed project. This includes financial management as well as recaps outlining the performance of programs. The Project Manager is someone who possesses authority and responsibility, and ensures quality by soliciting stakeholder input and fostering collaboration amongst core team members assigned to the project. The Project Manager will be responsible in developing Consumer Marketing Plans for select events for individual TEN brands working across all disciplines as needed; such as Content Creation, Digital, Social, Print, Experiential, and much more. Essential duties and responsiblitities include but not limited to:
• Manages project communications internally between all departments, which could include Marketing, Production, Editorial, Sales, Events, Ad Ops, Finance, Legal, CRM and outside Vendors/Partners (depending on the project).
• Communicates directly with individual team members to reiterate the scheduled deliverables, record progress of the project, and to address obstacles as they arise.
• Establishes check points to facilitate collaboration between the internal departments involved in the create development and activation process; and often with outside partners (clients, agencies, vendors, etc.).
• Recaps internal meetings, decisions and deliverables to the core team.
• Provides monthly budget and forecasting overview by working closely with the core team members who will report on their individual budgets to ensure overall project is delivered within scope.
• Heavily involved with Project Communication/Integration, Project Assignments/Scope, Budget/Scope, Project Schedule/Time Management, Project Approvals/Quality, Project Documentation, and Project Resources.
Education/Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3-5 years of well-rounded project management experience in advertising, marketing or related business.
• Preferred experience with an automotive background, but not required.
• Cross-discipline experience is a plus.

• Work is performed in an office environment that is well lit and ventilated.
