Overview and Responsibilities
The Project Coordinator will dual report to the SVP of Strategic Insights and Research for Comedy Central and the SVP of Audience Strategy Insights & Innovation for the Global Entertainment Group. On the project coordination side, this will include creating and updating project lifecycle schedules, managing priorities, providing status reports, logging key information, and managing the knowledge-base. The administrative duties include managing SVP calendars, travel and expenses, handling invoices, equipment requests, logistics for on-boarding new team members, and general office support. As an integral part of the team working on multiple projects at once, servicing multiple stakeholders, a high level of communication, organization and computer skills will be critical for success.
Responsibilities include:
• Project Management / Research Coordinator Responsibilities
◦ Work closely with research and stakeholder teams to:
# Coordinate requests from stakeholders to help prioritize and manage for team members
# Set timelines and work across internal and external teams to ensure timelines are all agreed upon and deadlines are met
# Develop and manage a system so that all relevant documents and materials related to all projects are organized and stored for easy access
# Facilitate and support communication and process flow across relevant teams and people for each project
# Create, maintain, and manage the knowledge base, including logging key information
# Update status reports with the latest project schedule and status
# Support Research teams on projects as needed
• Administrative Assistant Responsibilities
◦ Scheduling meetings
◦ Managing SVP calendars
◦ Booking and handling travel and expenses
◦ Supporting accounting/invoicing/contracts
◦ Logistics for on-boarding new team members
◦ Ordering supplies
◦ Organizing team events
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel
• Interest and expertise in research methodology, competitive TV landscape, emerging media technology

• Demonstrates a professional demeanor and good communication skills; both verbal and written
• Energetic and passionate ‘people’ person who enjoys working with others day to day in a close culture
• Proactive self-starter who can work both independently and with others
• Ability to be a dynamic team ‘influencer’ to make things happen within smaller teams, but also across teams
• Highly organized with the ability to work under pressure, set priorities, handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
