EA is looking for a digital analytics professional to join the Digital Intelligence team, working to provide actionable data-based insights for marketing channels and campaigns that support EA’s most exciting titles, including Battlefield, FIFA, Madden NFL, Need for Speed, and Titanfall.
This position is for someone who is passionate about quantifying performance of websites, social media, video and other digital channels in order to provide recommendations that create value for customers and the organization. It will suit a person who can thrive in a complex, multi-channel, multi-stakeholder, ever-changing environment over-flowing with data. Working primarily with Google Analytics, but also related tools, you will be handling the full range of digital analytics functions and supporting digital optimization efforts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work with stakeholders to identify key metrics and benchmarks across web and social channels for performance evaluation
• Ensure business requirements are met through effective implementation of measurement tools
• Design and distribution of dashboards and reports to key stakeholders
• Conduct deep data dives to evaluate the performance of marketing activities, website features, and cross-channel behavior to support decision-making for performance improvement
• Support site optimization testing by identifying opportunities, running tests, and analyzing results
• Synthesize complex information and present it to diverse groups of stakeholders in ways that resonate with them and lead to adoption of recommendations
• Communicate the value of digital analytics across the organization and evangelize the use of best-in-class standards and practices
• Push the boundaries of digital analytics in order to develop insights that deliver competitive advantage for the company
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
• University degree in quantitative marketing or equivalent
• 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing analytics (web/social/video/email)
• Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics and native social media analytics
• Successful experience with A/B testing for site optimization using tools such as Optimizely
• Ability to dig deep into data, find nuggets of information, construct analysis, communicate findings and drive change
• Experience with statistical and business intelligence tools such as R and relational databases/data warehouses, and data science skills a definite plus. (Excel prowess is a given)
• Ability to keep up with analytics industry developments and incorporate them into work
• Ideal candidate has a strong affinity for video-game culture, especially related to sports games
