Work with Marketing Director and sales team to brainstorm, develop and execute integrated marketing programs across multiple categories.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work closely with the Integrated Marketing Director and national sales staff to brainstorm, develop and execute integrated marketing programs for advertisers across multiple categories
• Develop, write and execute added value proposals in response to RFP requests (e.g., mobile, sweepstakes, contests, retail, out-of-home, etc.)
• Work with vendors to create and execute advertiser program opportunities
• Assist with department event execution including sponsor management and vendor outreach
• Oversee selected elements of Woman’s Day signature program, The Red Dress Awards
• Aid Associate Publisher of Marketing and Integrated Marketing Director with special projects
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 3.5 years of related experience (preferably in magazine marketing)
• Familiar with all aspects of integrated marketing, including digital, social, and emerging media platforms
• Proposal writing experience
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word (knowledge of Keynote, InDesign and Photoshop a plus)
• Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely (copywriting experience a plus)
• Must be organized and able to juggle multiple projects on deadlines
• Ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, proactive, and excited to be part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree required
