An integral part of our customer service focus, includes contact centres across Canada supporting all of our Bell Mobility and Bell Residential Services customers. Our Customer Operations team is responsible for strategy, design and delivery of core call centre tools and processes, including queue strategy, routing, and call monitoring tools.
Job Description:
As part of the Recruitment, Training and Onboarding (RTO) transformation team, the Project Manager will perform analysis & lead the design and delivery of solutions looking to improve Bell call centre agents recruitment, training and on the job strategy and shape next generation solutions linked to the end to end lifecycle of agent Onboarding.
Job Duties/Accountabilities:
• Lead, plan, organize and implement the design, internal/external development and delivery of next generation training and recruitment systems/solutions with IT &/or web development team
• Explore trends, innovations and applications within the recruitment, performance management and training industry
• Map end to end CMO/FMO recruitment, training, onboarding process/infrastructure
• Analyze and develop database/framework of courseware material & connect it to the existing infrastructure to enable reporting and agile updates/maintenance.
• Create and manage project plans and related documentation in accordance with established project management methodology (Project Charter, Scope, WBS, Budget, Action Registers, etc.).
• Engage and build strong relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders to incorporate their goals, and instill confidence to ensure alignment to and adoption of solutions
• Collaborate in the evolution of the people analytics roadmap in partnership with our business intelligence team
Critical Qualifications/Competencies:
• 5+ year of project management & software development/implementation
• Web development, HTML5
• Advanced knowledge of learning management(LMS), content management system, multi-media content authoring systems (Articulate, Captivate…)
• Proven ability to develop and influence others to develop and implement creative solutions for complex business issues with stakeholders at all level of management
• Excellent communication & presentation skills, both oral and written
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-pa
ced environment
Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)
