Key Responsibilities:
• Execute completion and fulfillment of strategic media plans and marketing proposals in response to national RFPs
• Manage media budgets and overall budget summaries for various accounts
• Coordinate media post analysis and recaps
• Prepare quantitative research and materials for sales initiatives (Comscore, Media Metrix, Nielsen, etc.)
• Develop strong relationships with ad agencies and clients responsible for online advertising
• Complete appropriate proposal spreadsheets, build presentation materials, communicate online ad specifications, and enter proposal data in relevant systems as required (Sales Force, Dart Sales Manager, Mediavisor, or Atlas, as necessary)
• Responsible for procedures related to booking insertion orders, including successfully entering and reserving ad inventory
• Work closely with Ad Operations to review campaigns and campaign launches, and create post-campaign reports for advertisers
• Work with Sales Fulfillment & Operations teams to schedule, traffic, implement, and optimize online advertising programs
• Provide weekly reports to management and Sales Account Executives on all active/pending campaigns
Requirements:
• 1+ year of related experience either with a Media Planning agency or other organization involved with digital/interactive advertising
• Proven track record of building and maintaining positive client relationships
• Highly organized and detailed-oriented
• Solid communications skills (both verbal and written)
• Able to work on multiple ongoing projects
• Strong computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
• Bachelor degree preferred
