A newly created role in the Business Development team, the Affiliate Partnerships Manager will drive Affiliate Marketing throughout Ticketmaster International markets. The role holder will be a key member of a focused business unit that has responsibility for driving growth and stability as we embark on a new distribution push, globally. As part of our overall distribution strategy, affiliate marketing will continue to operate as the cornerstone and foundation for which this partner business will grow. This role is a truly hybrid and exciting opportunity in one of our most diverse departments, covering a multitude of disciplines including affiliate management, operational support, affiliate strategy and business development.
The Affiliate Partnerships Manager will define the marketing strategy in collaboration with the US team, leading conversion from an international perspective and managing relationships with affiliate networks, ensuring that our markets and partners receive a first class service. Additionally, the role holder will drive business development for our affiliate business, bringing new partners on board who can operate and sell tickets internationally. There will be ticket sales targets to meet through affiliate marketing approaches, which will be reported against and achieved.
As we also embark on a hugely exciting journey, where we are building tools and API’s to allow the transaction of tickets off-platform, we will be working with some of the biggest brands in the digital world. With that brings the need for us to be truly globally aligned to help drive a frictionless experience for our partners as they look to sell live entertainment tickets across the world.
• Significant affiliate marketing experience and a good understanding of various industry technologies and tools that drive industry
• Strong digital marketing understanding, particularly with affiliate tracking technologies
• Be comfortable and confident working with stakeholders and partners at all levels
• Have a good ecommerce background, added benefit if in ticketing
• You must have a can-do attitude, and be a self-starter.
• Excellent communication skills
• Be comfortable presenting and speaking at affiliate marketing events
• Experience working in an international environment
