Job Summary:
The Research Analyst (iHeartMedia Midwest-Southeast Division) will partner with Region Presidents, as well as local sales and programming teams to provide critical audience insights and industry trends in areas such as audience, ad sales, media and digital research, analytics, operations, and programming.
• Ensure timely and accurate availability of local market intelligence and trends to position iHeartMedia as the platform of choice with local advertisers
• Lead customization efforts of high priority marketing materials, packages and products for local markets and regions
• Support company-wide strategic initiatives
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of relevant local market intelligence and trends, including research methodologies, evolving technologies, consumer behaviors, client expectations, shifting competitive landscape, etc.
• Create a sophisticated understanding and deep appreciation for the iHeartMedia brand and how its audience consumes media at the market and local level
• Understand the voice of the consumer and advertiser and translate this knowledge into competitive advantages across all iHeartMedia properties
• Provide meaningful research, metrics and analytical insight into advertising effectiveness and consumer insights
• Function in a matrixed organization providing valuable insight to heads of sales, marketing, digital, and regions, while reporting to an Insights Leader
• Work closely with ad sales and marketing solutions teams to develop research strategies, plans and solutions
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in Media Research (Radio experience is a plus)

Bachelors Degree
