JOB DESCRIPTION
As a member of Electronic Arts’ Origin creative team, the Traffic Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing multiple production design projects from the planning phase through delivery. Serving as the primary liaison between creative, marketing, merchandising, operations and product teams, this individual ensures that projects are delivered at very high quality in a timely and predictable way. The successful candidate will have a strong project and/or traffic management background with extensive experience working with business stakeholders and creative teams. The role requires strong communication and time management skills, the ability to work closely with people at different levels throughout the organization and a desire to execute against a plan.
RESPONSIBILITIES
● Own of the end-to-end production design process, serving as the primary point of contact between multiple business channels, designers, copywriters, and creative direction
● Cultivate of the production design process, including traffic management process and tools
● Intake and prioritize new production design requests, juggle and communicate changes as priorities change
● Track dependencies on other teams, such as copywriting and game development studios
● Organize regular meetings with business stakeholders to discuss and prioritize upcoming initiatives
● Manage the project allocation of a small team of graphic designers
● Schedule and facilitate design reviews and approvals
QUALIFICATIONS
● Creative agency or in-house creative team experience
● Exceptional organization and communication skills
● An eye for detail and a stickler for process
● A diplomatic, friendly and helpful demeanor
● Familiarity with Adobe CS and other software is a plus
