DESCRIPTION:
The Spring Intern will have the opportunity to observe the various stages of film production from pre-production to production to post-production. By working closely with production teams, the intern will participate firsthand in many of the steps in producing a film.
Responsibilities may include:
• Providing production assistance
• conducting story development research
• researching and fact checking scripts
• preparing music cue sheets and narration scripts
• screening and logging archival footage
• stock footage research
• duplicating DVD's
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be a current undergraduate student (junior or rising senior) who has:
• passion for television/non-fiction programming
• proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint (Mac operating system)
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• exceptional attention to detail
• ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• flexible sensibility
• active participation in extracurricular activities - clubs, athletics
• min. 3.0 GPA
