Job TitleAudience Insight Lead, Agrimedia
I. Job Summary | Major goals and objectives.
Lead all aspects Meredith Agrimedia’ s proprietary research efforts.
Coordinate all aspects of in-house research projects for Meredith Agrimedia business unit to ensure goals are achieved and costs are contained.
Work closely within the Sales & Marketing team to provide research presentations for the sales team to use.
Manage all aspects of market research panels - including regular correspondence, incentive system, panel health, and recruitment.
Work closely with external research partners when appropriate to reduce costs or increase efficiency.
Work across other Meredith departments to integrate research, editorial and sales programs to grow revenue opportunities for the Meredith Agrimedia profit center.
Handle tactical details involved with research projects and integrated marketing campaigns.
Facilitate analysis of digital assets and traffic for WOOD, Meredith Agrimedia, and American Patchwork and Quilting for better understanding of audience behavior and marketing performance.
Assist in generating a ‘single view’ of customers for select Meredith brands (Successful Farming, WOOD, APQ) for purpose of audience insight and marketing.

10% - Manage all administrative functions related to Meredith Agrimedia’ s various market research panels

III. Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements | All must be met to be considered.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, research, related field or equivalent training/experience.
Experience:
Minimum2 years of project management, research and/or analytical work experience. Directly related internships or applicable academic experience may be considered. Experience in drafting and managing research projects and making presentations, preferred.
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office - with special skills in PowerPoint and Excel highly beneficial.
Additional experience with survey or statistical software a plus.
• Marketing knowledge and understanding of basic marketing principles.
• Understanding of research techniques and how to communicate findings to the public.
• Ability to manage time effectively while working on multiple projects at one time.
• Basic knowledge of digital audience tools.
• Working knowledge of agriculture a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast paced team environment.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Creative development - Working knowledge and experience with basic business software including WORD, Excel, Powerpoint. Additional experience with InDesign, Flash, html, very beneficial.
10% Travel Required (Approximate):
