Job Description for this position is as follows:
• Establishment of new accounts that are in line with the strategic planning for the region.
• Support Country Sales Manager on all sales operation requirements as necessary.
• Strategize with Country Sales Manager with sales strategy for the year that is in line with high level plan for the region.
• Support training programs for the sales representatives.
• Promote customer relationship
• Source and approach new potential strategic customers
• Identify competition within market
• Prepare reports and forecasts as required by Country Sales Manager
• Provide high level coordination for managing strategic planning process
Qualifications
Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and writing skills
• Bilingual preferred (English / Japanese)
• Possess strong ability to prospect, negotiate, and close sales
• Possess self confidence, positive mentality
• Strong technical abilities, with PC and internet usage experience
• Can use Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Experience with Sales Force, or equivalent CRM
