Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to the EVP and light support for programming staff.
• Coordinate EVP’s busy meeting schedule with staff, outside distributors and colleagues.
• Heavy phone/email/mail interaction with inter-department personnel, program distributors, vendors and other staff.
• Answer/screen calls for EVP to alleviate call traffic, often redirecting.
Help plan and organize all department meetings and events.
• Build/maintain relationships with distributors and their assistants.
• Prepare and update documents and files on an ongoing basis for weekly meetings.
• Maintain Contact list with updates.
• Handle travel arrangements and submit/reconcile expense reports.
• Track and report staff attendance.
• Assorted administrative duties within the Programming department, assisting Scheduling, Acquisitions, Promo Strategy and Operations.
• Work with internal scheduling programs such as COMPASS.
Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 1-2 years of Executive Assistant experience desired
• Excellent phone manner and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to be a team player, work effectively under pressure and initiate/prioritize administrative duties
