Our Opportunity:
Duties include (but not limited to): Executing the creation and maintenance of regular content across 6 station web sites and their related sites, manage the integration of on air and online assets in a way that compliments the brand; maintain a system of checks and balances for digitally trafficked sales campaigns ensuring that digital initiatives are being carried out; digital project management; implementing website content with regard to promotional, programming, ad banner and web page creation & design; streaming audio commercial insertion & podcasting; posting of images/ video from various events/clients.
Competency:
It is preferred that the successful candidate possess strong Web/HTML experience with an eye for creative solutions for client / programming / promotion requests; and software experience with (but not limited to) Microsoft Office Suite, CSS, Java Script, Adobe Creative Suite, Sony Vegas/Final Cut, Adobe Audition. DreamWeaver, PhotoShop, Triton or other CMS, DART (DFP), Google Analytics or other ad serving solution experience. Experience with photography, videography and video editing is required. This position will also create, organize and monitor workflows for the digital operations department.
Attention to detail, superior organizational skills, excellent interpersonal skills, a demonstrated ability to work under pressure and deadlines and a positive outlook are essential. Must be a self-motivated problem solver with strong analytical skills, professional demeanor and proven ability to multi-task are essential. Experience in Radio, TV, Mass Media and management of team members is preferred. Must be prepared to working occasional evenings/Saturdays.
