Responsibilities:
• Collaborate as a member of the Strategic Insights team supporting the News, Programming, Communications, and Marketing departments.
• Prepare, interpret and communicate audience information for internal teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely reports as assigned.
• Track & analyze audience data to identify trends in audience data
• Provide proactive insights and solutions to support internal clients.
• Become a content specialist to provide audience insights for News programming.
• Ensure accuracy of program schedules to Numeris through detailed review
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
• Ability to evaluate, understand and logically interpret complex data in a straight-forward manner.
• Project management skills to deliver on group and independent projects.
• Impeccable written and oral communication skills.
• Aptitude for figures; strong mathematical and analytical skills that allow the development of insights and recognition of patterns in masses of data.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel with experience creating dynamic reports with nested formulas, macros, and pivot tables from inception.
• Strong time management skills with a keen sense of thoroughness and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable interacting with and presenting to senior decision makers.
• University degree or College diploma.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Passion for television programming and News enthusiast.
• Familiarity with television research and with television-audience software such as Infosys+ are strong attributes.
• Positive attitude and takes initiative in executional elements of processes.
Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)
