Position Summary:
The Senior Systems Analyst has three key responsibilities: (1) support Product Owners in the analysis, communication, and bridging of product requirements and IT solutions, (2) working with the Business Groups to analyze and help prioritize requests for IT resources and (3) manage the relationship with the Business Groups from an IT perspective.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple efforts toward established release schedule.
• Define requirements using interviews, analysis, workshops, storyboards, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, user stories, acceptance criteria, business process descriptions, business analysis, competitive product analysis, task and workflow analysis, and/or viewpoints.
• Decompose high-level business and user requirements into user stories, specified in an appropriate level of detail suitable for use by those who must base their work estimates on the user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Define external interfaces, constraints, and other nonfunctional requirements.
• Lead user story and acceptance criteria analysis and verification, ensuring that user story statements are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, traceable, feasible, unambiguous, and verifiable, and that they conform to standards.
• Participate in backlog and sprint prioritization.
• Review incoming system enhancements requests, ensure user story and acceptance criteria are complete and assist in prioritizing work efforts for development.
• Participate in peer reviews and inspections of user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria according to standard templates, using natural language simply, clearly, and concisely.
• Become the BSA expert on the specified agile team(s) in order to serve as the liaison between business units and IT.
• Collaborate with resources to ensure all system designs adequately reflect the defined business processes and fully support the business request.
• Participate in peer reviews of work products derived from user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure that the requirements were interpreted correctly.

◦ Consultation with front --end teams on High level and Business Requirements.
◦ Consultation on User Story Methodology.
◦ Consultation on BA tools.
◦ Participation in Planning Meetings (Pursuit and Project level).
◦ BSA Task Planning and Progress Tracking.
◦ Weekly BSA Status Meetings.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years business analysis or scrum master experience.
• Minimum 4 years experience working in an ISO certified or Process Based Management environment.
• 5 years experience as a team member on technology based projects.

Technical Skills:
• Experience with multiple project methodologies such as: Agile, Waterfall, RUP, Agile or XP.
• Experience on Telematics, IVR, CRM and accounting projects a plus.
• Computer Proficiency:
◦ Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.
◦ Experience with defect tracking and project/time management applications.
