Introduction:
We are recruiting a Supervisor, Facility & Office Administration who will be responsible for overall office facilities and administration services.
Accountabilities:
In the role you would be expected to:
• Provide support on overall office facilities and administration services with physical responsible for the provision of day to day mailroom and courier activities, office security and maintenance service;
• Manage office supplies procurement and inventory, offsite record management;
• Implement the meeting room set up for various meetings and internal use;
• Manage various account allocation and facilities analytic report;
• Assist his/her manager on office renovation, implement green initiatives and company function;
• Assist minor office repair if required;
• Liaise with staff on all matters of office facilities & communicate with external supplier and contractor as required;
• Be an emergency contact of the building and facility issues.
Experience, skills and professional attributes:
To succeed in the role you must have:
• F.5 / DSE or above
• Experience in building service or office administration
• Proficiency in MS office including Excel, Word & PowerPoint
• Good spoken and written in English and Chinese (conversational Mandarin preferred)
• Flexible time schedule to work over weekend if necessary
