We’re seeking a motivated leader whose dream is to help us grow a next-generation, global campus organization and ultimately help students find a path to their future through gaming. Our ideal admissions manager is highly strategic, sees beyond the meta, and crafts innovative plans to help us level up. They’re also capable of bringing these ideas to life with flawless builds and teamwork.

Responsibilities
• Drive network growth by developing and executing new chapter recruitment strategy.
• Refine chapter onboarding and development processes to successfully support recruiting efforts.
• Develop collegiate member recruitment campaigns, programming / training, and resources to enhance member recruitment efforts on individual campuses.
• Optimize new member experience both locally and nationally.
• Collaborate with international collegiate student organizations and athletic conferences to identify top targets for regional expansion.
• Understand impact of international expansion across all aspects of our business – including communications, Web, localization, logistics, shipping, scheduling – and develop appropriate solutions across each realm.
• Develop organizational strategy for keeping national members involved after graduation through an alumni-focused program.
• Develop new strategic initiatives to improve the Tespa program and enhance our value proposition to both members and chapters.
• Work with the Tespa team to establish best practices for official university outreach, integration, and support for member chapters.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree
• A minimum of 3 years’ prior leadership experience in a membership-based national, regional, or global organization
• Highly familiar with the structure, programming, and best practices of national greek, sports, and / or professional organizations
• Strategic thinker with excellent leadership, management, and communications skills
• Ambitious self-starter who is comfortable working on projects without direct supervision
• Proven ability to create, organize, prioritize, and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and be great at building new relationships
• Strong understanding of and passion for the collegiate esports ecosystem
• Able to occasionally travel, including internationally
