A Lot About You
The Partner Manager works alongside our Business Development team and is responsible for developing and supporting our customer base, building and maintaining relationships with customers and users of the BrightRoll technology, services and community. This may include working with Directors of Ad Sales, Ad Operations, Sales Operations, Specialists and yield/optimization management. The Partner Manager provides training and deployment services, advice and analysis on campaign and bid management, best practice guidance, and consultation as to the strategic benefits and product developments of the BrightRoll platforms. The Partner Manager as a platform expert is required to relay key product needs based on client requirements to develop and shape the products The Partner Manager needs to be highly analytical, while having a commercial understanding of the digital and programmatic landscape.
Your Day
The Partner Manager is evaluated on their ability to:
• Manage new accounts from contract signature to successfully transacting through implementation, understanding and supporting our partner’s strategic objectives.
• Provide strategic and tactical client service to complex and high touch clients
• Technical troubleshooting and analysis to spot trends, issues, opportunities.
• Foster and maintain close working relationships with clients, growing engagement and revenue
• Hands on management of client business processes including, but not limited to, ad operations, analytics and pricing & yield management
• Ensure the quality of services and solutions to clients
• Educate clients on best practices use of platforms
• Understand system and platform solutions, develop and maintain product expertise
• Take ownership of problems and proactively find solutions across sales, engineering, product management, finance.
• Identify up sell opportunities, protect and grow revenue, and renew contracts
• Work across different markets and customer type
• Participate in industry events and interact with thought leaders
You Must Have
We are seeking an experienced Partner Manager, based in Singapore, supporting the Asia Pacific market, that has a proven ability to develop relationships with advertisers, agencies, and technology providers to consistently increase revenue and improve operational efficiency by using the BrightRoll DSP and Exchange technology,
• BA/BS degree
• Programmatic (demand or supply) experience preferred
• At least 3 years digital experience (professional services, analytical or technology background preferred)
• Excellent customer relationship skills (Client facing, ability to asses client needs and interact with all levels of management including and up to executive level)
• Proven experience in working with technology platforms in a commercial environment
• Fluent English as a 1st or 2nd language
Competencies:
• Excellent technical skills and commercial aptitude
• Prior experience of advertising technology with good knowledge of 3rd party ad serving and the digital media and programmatic landscape
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of problems
• Proven experience educating clients on best practices for increasing revenue and improving operational efficiency
• Outstanding verbal and written communication
• Ability to build strong relationships at senior management level
• A team player, with the ability to work seamlessly within a matrix environment resulting in effective problem solving
• Work independently and have experience working in a virtual team work environment will be advantageous
• Entrepreneurial with leadership potential; must be proactive
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize effectively
• Willingness to take on ownership and accountability for projects
• Self-motivated
• Flexibility for adapting with new environment
• Ability to travel across the region, sometimes for extended periods and/or on short notice.
