A Little About Us
The Yahoo For Publishers team is a dynamic, fast moving division working tirelessly to service the ever-growing video and native publisher base for Yahoo, across both the BrightRoll Exchange and the Gemini Native platform. We are responsible for driving revenue for publisher direct, desktop and mobile advertising supply whilst priding ourselves on being front line responders for integrating and technical trouble-shooting for each of our supply partners. We are data driven, metrics based and fully committed to relationship building.
A Lot About You
You will be joining the EMEA Publisher Account Management team part of the wider Yahoo for Publishers team. The EMEA Publisher Account Management team plays a critical role in optimizing publisher relationships in order to grow revenue. We are looking for an energetic and confident Account Manager who can bring his or her analytical and partner development skills to maintain and grow complex, revenue-focused partner relationships.
You will be data driven with strong problem solving skills and business acumen in order to identify growth opportunities for Yahoo!, your supply side partners and your team at large.
Your day
• Managing a portfolio of EMEA based partners through the full life-cycle of the account: on-boarding, on-going account management, troubleshooting and reporting
• Daily monitoring, analysing and optimising performance for each account in order to maximize revenue and upsell additional Yahoo For Publishers services products
• Performing basic troubleshooting whilst using proprietary and non-proprietary analytic tools for publishers experiencing performance issues
• Attending publisher meeting/calls to provide excellent customer service whilst maintaining a 24/7 support mentality
• Collaborating cross-functionally with teams spanning product, sales, integrations and marketing
• Assisting the business development team in educating publisher prospects on the Yahoo For Publishers value proposition and participate in occasional outbound publisher prospecting where appropriate
You must have
• BA/BS required
• 1+ year of experience in Adtech preferred
• Basic knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem; programmatic, RTB, video, display, native and its key players
• Experience in partner management, strategic account management or client-facing product management a plus
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills—with an ability to think on your feet.
• Strong analytical skills, results driven and independent problem solver
This is a full time position in the London office
