The Source global operations team is responsible for all facets of sales operations for the Source (Yahoo Salesforce) including driving cross functional sales needs, theSource administration, driving productivity gains for Sales and account operation leads, enabling revenue growth thru insights, and project managing the planning, prioritization and launch of new projects within the Source.
A Lot About You
As part of TheSource Global Operations team this role will manage the administration of Salesforce.com across the entire sales and operations organization of 3000 stakeholders. In this role, the candidate is expected to bring strong analytical and communications skills both written and verbal across, a passionate, can do attitude and adaptability in working closely with sales teams, Marketing, account operations teams, channel partners, global ad support teams and data quality teams to name few. This role reports to the Director of Sales Operations.
Your Day
• Maintain and administer Salesforce instance to ensure proper control and permissions are in place
• Provide Salesforce application support services (user administration, user questions, data management)
• Work with management, strategic planning & analysis staff and end-users to create and manage complex workflow rules, data validation, and triggers
• Recommend improvements to Salesforce features and functionality
• Create reports and dashboards in support of leadership and business partners
• Organize data and generate deep customer insights through reports and dashboards in order to enhance salesforce productivity and effectiveness, support intelligent business decision-making, and enable revenue growth
• Configure and customize Salesforce based on input from key business stakeholders
• Understand and analyze business objectives and functional requirements into technical Salesforce solutions that account for integrations and other downstream impacts
• Drive data quality initiatives
• Manage projects within Salesforce and collaborate with subject matter experts on new features and functionality
• Create and maintaining documentation on processes, policies, application configuration and help related materials for users as new projects are developed;
• Assist engineering with the development of technical documentation of existing and future applications
You Must Have
Technical Requirements
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, information systems or equivalent technical work experience.
• 3+ years of experience working as a Salesforce Administrator supporting a Sales organization of at least 100 users.
• Certified Salesforce Administrator required.
• Proven experience required, specifically: creating profiles, roles, users, reporting, dashboards, campaigns, leads (managing, importing), opportunities, workflow, user management, and maintain and continually update/expand on the Salesforce.com documentation.
• Additional Salesforce Certifications Preferred.
• Ideally candidate has experience with programming languages such as SQL, JavaScript, HTML, Java, Apex.

• Self-motivated Salesforce enthusiast who thrives working in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience with reports, dashboards, and data management.
• Strong team player who puts the customer first, be it internal or external customer.
• Ideal candidate will have experience in supporting, designing, and developing Salesforce in a fast paced enterprise, advertising or Internet media environment.
