A Little About Us
Yahoo Shopping Mall and Store Marketplace is the leading brand in B2C and B2B2C e-commerce business in Taiwan. We are the acquisition team who will recruit new stores into shopping mall and market place and get the revenue from store fee. Our core object is to create a highly-visited e-commerce platform, providing business elements for enterprises/vendors to open and operate e-shops and attract consumers to visit and shop in e-stores, including related mechanisms, backstage support, management coaching, campaigns and events etc.
A Lot About You
The role will be responsible for recruiting new suppliers and vendors to own their business via e-commerce platform to accelerate growth of Yahoo e-commerce business and maximize revenue. The candidate’s professional competencies and personality should be able to be leveraged for various categories and bring contribution to the team in each and every role.
Your Day
• In charge of recruiting new brands and suppliers into Yahoo Shopping Mall and Store Marketplace to increase revenue and gain the market share in Taiwan online shopping.
• Be accountable for revenue and business metrics and be able meet the company’s goals.
• Provide insightful business analysis and aligning with BU strategy and goals.
• Track the competitive landscape on a regular basis to ensure market dynamics.
• Maintain the relationships with key accounts.
• Actively participant in developing new processes and programs for vendors recruiting.
• Coordinate with supporting functions to implement various projects.
You Must Have
• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Minimum 1 year retail management experience preferred, preferably in major high-end fashion accessories product companies.
• Strong collaborating skills to work with others.
• Commitment to learning and sharing new ideas and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Ability to set goals that are specific, actionable and based on established KPI’s and strategic business goals.
• Strong teamwork spirit to influence cross-functional teams and propose implementation plans.
