Working over the phone, you’ll use your sales, listening and relationship building skills to get inside the heads of your customers to sell through specific products and packages that fit their unique lifestyles in “real time.” You’ll promote XFINITY as a must-have for every entertainment, information and security need – and “wow” your customers at every turn.
We’ll put you through a paid training and orientation program to get you started – and provide ongoing learning opportunities as new products and services are introduced. Your proven customer service skills, assertiveness and enthusiasm will take care of the rest.
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of related experience (in the retail, restaurant or service industry), the ability to quickly understand, explain and stay current with our diverse products and services, and a knack for quickly closing a sale. The ability to work a flexible schedule – including nights and weekends – is a must. Fluent in another language? Certain locations have amazing bilingual opportunities available!
