Town & Country Magazine is seeking an Integrated Marketing Manager to join the marketing team. This position focuses across multiple categories and includes integrated proposal writing, program ideation, and execution. This role works directly with the print and digital sales and marketing teams to sell integrated programs and execute those programs from start to finish.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conceptualize and develop advertiser-specific marketing solutions– from ideation to execution utilizing various brand assets (print, online, social, research, etc.) on categories including, but not limited to: Jewelry/Watch, Mass Beauty, Food/Beverage.
• Work closely with sales staff and marketing colleagues to strategize, create, and write integrated marketing proposals and custom presentations for select accounts.
• Executes and manages sold concepts and added-value programs, including advertorials, sweepstakes, contests, promotions, events, digital components, etc.
• Develop and maintain relationships with third party vendors, charity partners and foundations.
• As requested, accompany sales reps and/or marketing management on sales calls to present marketing programs and client-specific opportunities.
• Manage project budgets, and project timelines and deadlines.
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
• 3+ years of experience in magazine merchandising and promotions
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high energy environment.
• Must work well under time pressures, be organized and able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Clear understanding of and affinity for luxury market.
• Proficient in PowerPoint/Custom Show, Excel and Word.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely in both written and oral presentations.
• Bachelor’s Degree a must.
