Introduction:
TVC is global communications agency focusing on content creation as a centrepiece of heart of integrated communications campaigns. With ambitious growth plans and building on it's award winning work, TVC is seeking a senior level sales director to drive the new business pipeline. We looking for a networked, experienced, dynamic global sales director who is willing to push to get in front of global CMOs and global Comms Directors, who wants to get on a plane to front that first meeting and see the opportunity through to fruition. Working to the Global Commercial Director, the Global Sales Director will be the key driver of global growth opportunities amongst new clients.
Accountabilities:
In this role you will be expected to:
• Seeking out major clients and forming working relationships with key global CMOs/Comms Directors
• Develop and lead a global outreach campaign including initiating first contact, identifying the opportunity, maintaining the relationship, negotiating and closing the deal
• Identifying valuable markets for TVC's offer, particularly in integrated communications
• Accurately forecasting future sales and forming sales plans to adapt to constant shifts in the marketplace
• Serving as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, trade shows, and expositions as required
• Maximising company profit
• Foreseeing and avoiding stagnation in the marketplace
• Forming sales strategies to keep TVC competitive and innovative
Experience, skills and professional attributes:
To succeed in this role you must demonstrate:
• Extensive experience in global communications with a focus on business development
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills, again at a global level
• Good business sense

• Excellent communication skills
• Good planning and organisational skills
• The ability to work calmly under pressure
